GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS/AUTHOR REGISTRATION

SUBMISSIONS

• Online registration as "author" on the exhibition´s website (further information can be found below).
• Login via author portal
• Actual submission of the paper (provision of contact person, title and abstract in entry mask necessary)
• Notification of authors concerning acceptance of submissions (May 2026)

All registered authors will be notified about either acceptance or refusal of their submissions via email.

Phase 2 - Contribution Regulations

The follwing measures can be taken through the author portal:

• Addition/correction of contact information of authors and/or co-authors
• Usage of contribution design according to the templates (available for download)
• Upload of finished articles (either as Word or PDF file) within the agreed time period (04.09.2023)
• An upload after the expiration of the deadline is not possible!
• Inspection of current status of contribution

Phase 3 - Review & Correction

After the approval of your submission, subsequent processing steps are as follows:

• Evaluation of the article 
• Correction phase and re-upload of the corrected version

If your contribution is chosen to be held as a lecture, the following additional steps will be taken:

• Last (additional) correction phase and upload of the corrected version
• Official invitation to hold a lecture via email
• Processing period for the lecture and upload of materials for the presentation

The accepted contributions will be published in the electronic conference proceedings.

REGISTRATION FOR AUTHORS

The registration for authors is open until 25 March 2026.

Please register as "author" under >Registration or via Log-in (top right corner on the webpage, via clicking on >Login and > Registration).

Please select the option Registration as author and enter your contact information as well as your email address and a self-chosen password. The marked fields are compulsory fields and have to be filled in.

When your registration has been successful, you will receive a confirmation via email.
After that, you will be able to login via the author portal.

The email adress and self-chosen password now serve as your personal access codes.


AUTHOR PORTAL

The author portal also provides the opportunity to submit an abridged version of your paper.

Besides an overview of target dates and processing periods, the author portal also provides an opportunity to take a look at and administer your 
registration and contribution as well as changing or adding additional information about the authors and co-authors.
The final submission can be uploaded within the set time limit (see above).

Further options include the registration for the conference and order of parking cards.
